We Have Snow

We finally have a good snow. When I last measure it  is 4 1/2 ".   I haven't seen this much snow in a very long time.  Probably since the blizzard of 1993.  When I was a teenager, we had snow all the time in the winter. In fact the year I was a senior we were snowed in from Christmas break until the first of February. It  had gotten to the point that I hated to see snow.  Now that I rarely see snow other than a few flurries on occasion, I am beginning to feel like a kid again about the snow.

As you can tell we have mostly cardinals. I am so glad because they are one of my favorite birds and they remind of my Grandmother S. who was an avid bird lover.
